Back from Palm Beach Resort & Digimon Xros Wars Begins!

That was sure a fun trip and those added by me in my FB account can see some of the photos of said trip already. :)

The trip was fairly relaxing and fun as I went with a group of friends. There wasn't really much of anything to do at the resort (except swimming and relaxing under the sun or going to the beach) but we had our share of fun for 3 days and 2 nights. We also went to a nearby waterfall and the coast (I think its called a "coast").

There was this totally cute cat which was at the cafeteria during that trip too which now became my new profile photo (on FB at least, may use it elsewhere soon). XD Yes, it is using my netbook there, really.

Also, a new season of Digimon has begun and it looks pretty interesting. Lots of gattai going around which some of you may like or not like. However, it does look promising. The subbed version is already out (I watched it RAW but t was quite easy to understand) so you guys should check it out too. Luckily someone is subbing it (or else I might have to watch another series in complete RAW again). ^^

Spray Painting is Actually Fun

For those who don't pay attention to the secondary blog, I recently (more like yesterday) try out spray painting. This is just a test try-out so perfection is not guaranteed but the results achieved was pretty pleasing for me. ^^

HGFC 1/144 God Gundam Review - Part 2

This is a continuation of part 1 here.

Wah, looks like this review was a bit more popular/interesting than usual from the comments I've read since I kinda said a lot more than usual even for just the first part. XP

Anyways here is the second and final part.Nothing out of the ordinary for the omake scene since it may be something most of you would expect but nonetheless, hissatsu waza time. XD

Note: I just noticed I forgot to change my ISO settings from a previous outside-photo-session which required a bit of an ISO bump. This affected the photos a bit (including the ones in part 1) but hopefully you guys won't mind since I don't want to manually edit 100+ photos just to reduce some noise. ^^;

HGFC 1/144 God Gundam Review - Part 1

Price: 1800 Yen

Even though I got the GX first, I really wanted to build God first right after my finals was over and I did. I have yet to build the GX since I'm somewhat occupied with other stuff such as trying to play MGS on the PSX emu without it constantly freezing when Psycho Mantis is haxxing you and real life stuff.

MS Brief:
God Gundam is Mobile Fighter G Gundam's mid-season upgrade for the main character, Domon Kasshu. It is known as Burning Gundam in the English dubbing, most likely due to religious restrictions. IIRC, God Gundam is based on the Buddha hence the rings of light when it uses the God Finger hissatsu waza. ;)

Semester Break is ON! :D

So, it's that time again where... semester break is on! :D

After a week of finals (brain cramping and all), it's time to kick back, relax and do as much stuff you want before the next semester begins. ^^
The break actually begun on Friday afternoon but well, games. XD I'm currently playing through the Metal Gear Solid series, well, planning to (except MGS4 since I don't have a PS3). XP

Other than that, I built the God Gundam already and truthfully, I feel a bit disappointed. I'll disclose exactly why in an upcoming post unless gaming eats my soul away for a while. >.>

GOD FINGER!!!

Here's a simple (could be difficult from the dark photo) question; I made a mistake when building the God Gundam, can you spot what area did I make a mistake in (you may guess if you think it is not something easily visible)?

Besides that, I finally sent in my entries for Z'a 4koma contest. Here is an omake for one of the 4komas I've sent. Note: Not exactly the same as the 4koma I sent.

Finally got em'! ^_^ The long awaited アイズ~ XD

I have some plans with the Aizu which I'm still considering. I may or may not go through with it in the end (I'll have to proceed with utmost care and some stuff are needed) but if I do indeed proceed with it, expect something different and more leg haxxin' (I hate ball joints) . ;)

As for God, I'll build it as is since I just want to do some awesome kicking poses with it. X3

HG 1/144 Gundam Astraea Type F Review - Part 2

This is a continuation of part 1 here.

After a good long wait, here is the next part of this review! Finally! XP
I've been quite busy as I got so many things to do lately especially since the finals are next week. However, I feel guilty for not finishing this review so I decided to post it up today (don't worry I've been studying). :P

This part of the review is done from time to time photo-shoots so the photos may look a little different from one another especially when I used the black backdrop (which I'm using to make a 4Koma for Z's giveaway - still in progress). Anyways, enjoy the shots but I feel that you may get poisoned by the Astraea's armaments. There is so many poses you can do (although the pose-ability is limited)!

KYAnime Begins & Someone's MG Unicorn is Done

Sorry that I still haven't finished the current review as I still find that I'm not entirely done for the next part yet (though I think I can do it by Sunday). However, I've decided that, I'll make the comic strip/omake in a separate post after I get its counterpart. XP

Nonetheless, I went out for a bit today to the Spring to check out the anime convention, KYAnime as well as visit Momotoys to be pleasantly surprised by a new addition.
